WHAT WE DO

Building Construction

Building/making of any single/collective block/s of enclosed spaces either through RCC framed structures or through load-bearing walls is termed as Construction.

Repair & Restoration

Rehabilitating any structure which has deteriorated due to aging or which has degraded due to weather implications on the structure. The repair process basically prevents the process of deterioration and restores the structure.

Waterproofing

 Waterproofing refers to making any surface, which could be roof or wall, waterproof or water tight. This could be achieved with the conventional method or with newer techniques of membranes and chemical coatings.

Plumbing

Providing water connections to flats/usage areas & providing drainage from and to such flats/usage areas form part of Plumbing. The plumbing provides serviceability to such living areas

Painting

Painting is a cover-coat to the repaired structures. Painting not only provides final sealer coat/s to the newly repaired structure but also provides a  further layer of weather – protection to the repaired structure.

Interiors

Planning & creating usability and effectiveness of the space available within a usable living space / a premises / an enclosed area (e.g. a house, a factory, an office, a shop, etc.) is termed as Interiors.

Landscaping

Planning and organizing of open spaces to develop a green area along with or independent of urban habitat is called Landscaping.
